Maruti Wagon R price
is now dearer by Rs 6000 to Rs 7600, it is the latest updated by this
entry level hatchback. Because, following the rise in excise duty to 12
per cent from 10 per cent in Indian budget 2012-13, the country's
largest passenger car maker, Maruti Suzuki India Limited has increased
the Maruti car prices up to 1.75 per cent or converted in to figures to by up to Rs. 17000.
Maruti
Suzuki's one of the best selling hatchback, Maruti Wagon price now has
been increased by Rs 6000 to Rs 7600. Commenting on the rise in prices
for all the available Maruti cars in India,
MSIL's managing executive officer, (marketing & sales) Mayank
Pareek told that increase in prices will affect the Maruti car models
ranging from oldest small car M800 to popular mid-sized sedan Maruti SX4.
Maruti Wagon R
is being offered in three fuel options such as petrol, LPG and CNG.
And, petrol model has four variants from features wise the LPG and CNG
have one variant each from features wise. Now, all the variants of the
Maruti Wagon R come between Rs 3.47 lakh to Rs. 4.37 lakh at ex-showroom
Delhi.
Maruti Wagon R is an entry level hatchback
which is packed with new generation DOCH 1.1L powerplant makes max
power of 68 Ps at 6200 rpm and peak torque of 90 Nm at 3500 rpm. Among
the available same segment cars in India, Maruti Wagon R mileage is very impressive. It is available in seven attractive body colours.
On the other hand prices for other Maruti car model such as Maruti Alto, K10, Swift, Swift Dzire, SX4 have been increased by up to Rs. 17000 at ex-showroom Delhi.
