Jennifer Lopez’s Pepsi Hayabusa Motorbike Goes On Sale
Most of the significant bike auctions we have covered in the past have acquired the status mainly for being historic pieces of automotive brilliance and also awarding winning vehicles. Some examples can be seen in
our coverage of the Vincent Black Lightening motorbike, and also the Confederate limited edition fighter bike. Another such iconic bike is set to go on sale, which was used by Jennifer Lopez for a Pepsi commercial in 2004. This Hayabusa bike travelled places like London and Hong Kong during the shooting of the ad, which garnered attention for Jennifer Lopez’s antiques on screen.
This one-off Hayabusa was created along with a similar piece for Beyonce for a particular advertisement shoot. This one was however sold off to a private buyer, and now the only known existing piece is set to the same path. The motorcycle in question has moved a distance of only 100 miles in all, and has been maintained within a temperature controlled chamber after the shooting of the ad finished. The bodywork features special designing artwork along with special lighting features on the underbody of the bike. Since Hayabusa is already known to produce road beasts with killer looks, this customization added further to the aura of this motorcycle.
